Yes--how cruel kids can be, nd thoughtless, and how
thoughtless even adults can be, as in your friend's
case. I find it hard to believe--but then...well, what
I was going to say was political, and this is not the
place to express those opinions.
It seems to me that the school superintendent violated
the People With Disabilities Act, or whatever it's
called, or was that before it was passed. Did her
parents sue for the loss of the dog--and punitive
damages to teach him a lesson?
