maybe a phone call to their tech support would get you faster results. I'm

Hi I reinstalled my scanner driver. I have an HP scan jet g3010. This
is a 64 bit machine running Vista home premium.
now, kurzweil 11 does not retain scan and recognize for a setting it
keeps going back to image scanning only.
When i put it in scan and recognize it scans a page and keeps it in a
buffer memory. I say this because although it sans the scan is
complete and goes through the recognition process it reads the same
page back again numerous times.
