In the case of Frank, I have no idea. Viji is in India and a new employee, I 
think, of bookshare, and/or a new member, and we've been asked to leave her 
holds alone.

Maybe Pavi, our new liaison, or Carrie, if Pavi has already gone to the 
conference, can contact Frank.
