[bksvol-discuss] hold for--how long, yall think?

Ok, I guess this has been discussed b4, probably ad nauseum, too. But
how long yall think should a "hold for" on a book be respected? Can ya
tell there's 1 I want on step 1 w/a hold for? Lol. & it's been up
there awhile now.
