[bksvol-discuss] Re: gustavo needs books to approve

Hi everyone: I'm currently validating 2 books. I'm new at this and I don't know just how picky we should be. My first inclination is to reject both of them, because both of them translated in to Braille so poorly, that I can't imagine anyone wanting to read them; but, maybe, I'm just too picky. I figure when whole paragraphs, or halves of pages are virtually unreadable, it should be a reject. What do you experienced folks think? Patti

Gentler Gustavo

Perhaps if you post the seven books here we can help
with the missing information. When there are
rejections, we validators never learn about them and
submitters often don't know why the book is
rejected--or languishing.

I'll be back shortly.

gentlepeople,

not that you should get out of hand here, but my
approval queue has just
7 lonely books in it. they're languishing until i
get some answers from
submitters or validators.

keep me busy like i know you can. validate books.
give me something to
approve.

while i do have a million other things i need to do,
approving books is
by far the most enjoyable of my job
responsibilities.
