My library has an absolutely fantastic book on making all kinds of cheese. It also has recipes, but naturally the recipes won't scan, well the fractions, come on fine Reader and Scan Soft fix that darn it, but I could try.

Books on making all kinds of things are great including cheese making. I believe there are books on distilling whiskey and certainly tax laws about how much one can produce before a person is taxed. Happy moonshining.
