Hi all,
Well, it's been a few years since I dug out that book, but here's a
suggestion. Modify it as needed.
A family saga spanning three generations in which a painting by the
artist grandfather plays a major role. This book also explores the
motives and emotions of children who come together after their mother's
death to hear the will and to reevaluate their lives.
As I say, I don't remember the characters, names, but I sure do
remember some of those scenes and I remember that matriarch. It's a
beautiful story.
