I agree with the rest on this one. Unfortunately, footnotes can be a real pain.

I agree with Mayrie. I have scanned a few books with notes and that's the way I did them.I don't think those are footnotes, by the way, but just notes, or perhaps endnotes. Footnotes appear at the bottoms of pages, and it's highly unlikely that there would be as many as 67 of them. <grin>Glad to have such a conscientious person joining us.
