The name you type in the rule name edit is just so you can identify what
that particular rule is for.  I have one called "spam rule 1" and one
called "blind news".  If you name it something that lets you know what
it is for then if you want to delete the rule or run the rule manually
you will know which one you want to use or remove.  There might be a
length limit for the name, but it isn't very short and spaces are
definitely allowed.

Thank you for the compliment of my explanations.  I am starting an
assistive technology training business, so it is very important for me
to be able to give clear explanations.
