Hi Gail, if you are using Kurzy, which I think you are, do the following:

1. Go to the beginning of the part to be deleted and press ctrl/m to mark that spot.

2. Go to the end of the part to be deleted and press ctrl+x to cut that junk to the clipboard and get it out of your book.
