I'm like you, Amber.  Anything I could say would just get me in trouble.
I'm glad it wasn't me who got the letter; I would have probably replied, and
then been tempted to post her message publicly everywhere.
 
Oh, wait, I wasn't going to say anything.  Nice job, Shannon, for doing the
right thing, and not the tempting thing.
