I can see it would be annoying to keep hearing dot dot dot all through a
book.. I did not realize this.

The books all have them with the spaces between and
before and after, except when there are four because
one is a period, and that's the way they seem to scan,
but I've been changing them so they have no spaces at
all either because of what someone said, as you say,
about the Braille translators, and/or the sound being
annoying, if the sound pronounces the dots, or because
of what Gerald or Jake or someone from bookshare said.
I usually can do a global replace, though not always.
