Which citation style does your instructor require? Knowing which style will
tell you the specifics of the format.

I have to write a term paper for my History of China class--but I have to
use end notes and footnotes the way historians do. How do I find guidelines
for doing that? For that matter--I have to have a topic. Working on that.
