I think this question has been answered in follow-up posts, so now another. I uploaded a book I'd proofed, it was accepted (I think) and yet it still appears in the 'books available for proofreading list' with the tag 'HOLD for NicholasH'. I like to remove the hold so someone else can reproof the book how do I do this? Thanks Nicholas
