[bksvol-discuss] Re: dis dis dis

Hi Roger!

I have found a few double or tripple d's, so maybe it was originally an ark file.

I have found that, when I have converted an ark file to rtf and then load it into Word, Word balks at it and thinks that I don't have permission or something that I can't remember what Word's exact complaint is, so, I have found that, if I convert from OpenBook 7.1 to a doc file, then load that into Word, Word likes the file and then I can save it as an RTf from within Word.

I have found that when converting from ARK to RTF there is a tendency to find that a lower case d has been inserted at the beginning of each and every line with a triple d at paragraph breaks. I wonder if this is related.
