Hmmm, sorry folks, just realized this is a public response. No prob.
Finish things in order. The Cookbook has been hanging fire the
longest, so you may want to do those corrections and send those pages
first. The Dead Wives are dead, <smile> they can wait a bit. They
don't have anything else to do except to wait for the last trump'.
<quirky grin> Need pages 82-84 as well, please. The Italics may be
the same there too.
