James,

Bookshare staff has asked us not to contact authors and publishers on
behalf of Bookshare. However, I have contacted authors as a person
with a disability about the inaccessibility of their books, mentioning
Bookshare as a solution. I refer folks to robin Seaman, the publisher
liaison providing her address and telephone number. I then follow up
with robin to contact the author as well. I will send you my model
letter.

Kelly
