[bksvol-discuss] Re: chapter headings???

I just took a look at one of my submissions that I validated. I did
the same thing for each chapter, put the page numbers above the
chapter headings. Some of them were there, and some of them weren't. 
I think the only way that this will be remedied is when the header
stripper is dropped. Even then it's unfortunate that all of the books
currently being submitted won't be able to be repaired.
