Jill that is true. No service contract because the unit is so old. The thing is, I may want a nottaker in another form. For instance, perhaps I ought to buy a braille display and then a netbook. Then I can upgrade things modularly so to speak. I know I can use an Empower as a braille display on my computer though I actually rarely do this. So I am interested in the used equipment market.
