What we have to know is what Gustavo is thinking and how he views the
copyright issue.
Apparently, given what he has done with "Boot Camp for Christians," merely
having a title page say "copyright" isn't sufficient.
The problem isn't, apparently, with main stream large publishers who
register their copyrights.
It comes to play when smaller publishers don't feel the need to register
for whatever reason.
Bookshare operates under an exemption to the copyright law; hence, for
those of us who choose to scan materials with BookShare being the primary
reason for doing so, we need to have an understanding of what can and
cannot be accepted.
