Technically, one can claim a copyright on anything they create; including
this very msg.
I think, in this instance, there is a 2nd issue at play: namely, the law
under which BookShare operates.
This amendment may have certain provisions that require greater adherence.
What is so frustrating about the "Boot Camp" book is that, on the title
page, it plainly says "copyright xxxx"
That clearly isn't quite sufficient it would seem based on the book being
thrown back 4 times.
