Did you not attempt to reject the millionaire book? And Gustavo kicked it
back.
That tells me that the powers that be want that book into the collection,
and no submitter can turn that down.
I agree that experienced human validators should turn down books. How do
we deal with a situation when, for whatever reason, Palo Alto says "I hear
you but we say it needs to be included."
