Hi, Jamie, you probably already know this, but Lynnsky showed me a trick before you start to proofread and one thing is to get rid of soft page breaks. If you are proofreading in Microsoft Word, there is an option in the formatting menu called page setup (the keystroke is U). Press enter then go to the paper tab and you'll find a combo box. Set it to legal size and that might solve your problem. I hope I got this one correct, Lynnsky. Regards, Kim. P.S.: Sorry you're having a hard time with this one. I'm not clear about what the manual says and yes I've read the manual before anybody asks, yes, I did do my homework, LOL!!!! Thanks and have a blessed day. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Valerie Maples" <vlmaples@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, April 21, 2010 5:22 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: book available for proofing, had to release > Hey, Judy! > > I only said that because of the way she said it had "discrepancies and > inconsistencies" which implied to me it likely meant page break issues > as well.
