Yes, keep the blank pages. The only blank pages I don't keep are the ones where
there's a blank page at the beginning or end of the file, but if they're in the
middle of the book, keep them. Take care.

Do I keep blank pages in the book? There is nothing on the page.
Also, I noticed that when I open a file in kurzweil and word the page
numbers, that is number of pages, is different. These are rtf files. I have
version 7 of kurzweil.
