When you release a book back to Step 1, when another person downloads it
they get the original file, do they not?

Good question, Scott. I've never tried downloading an
ark book. Can ark books be converted to Word or rtf
as the txt files now can be? I was under the
impression that they could only be done in ark, in
which case the submitter should validate them if no
one else has in a while.
