HI Lissi, 

Yes, I agree with you and I am sure that most volunteers would agree with
you. I think that the underlying question is.... If the work is getting done
then why change it...This is an easy approach to the issue. On the other
hand, should we have a chance to give input on a review process of a policy
that was developed in the very early stages of a new endeavor. 

Over the last year or so I have been on the list this issue is one that has
come up time and time again so it is something that people have issues with.

I agree. Validating is my idea of fun. If money was the object, I'd have to 
be doing something else.

We all have our own agendas and rationales and the collection keeps growing!
