Just be patient when opening them. Most files do open in .rtf on the
braillenote though they take a while. Be sure to save a lot of times with
.rtf and make backups on your compact flash card rather than on the flash
disk of the braillenote since the braillenote sometimes wantonly destroys
.rtf files.

braillenote for editing. But you can write here too since lots of us do.
