I thought the adult rating was for only a lot of violence or erotica.  The
romance I am working on has plenty of sex, but I wasn't planning to rate
it as adult.
If you rate something adult because it contains racially inflamatory
words, you have to rate Huckleberry Finn as adult, and that doesn't seem
right.

The adult rating always confuses the heck out of me.  Some people are
upset by things that don't bother me at all, like sex scenes, and I am
upset by things other people think are fine, like graphic violence.  So I
never know what's adult or not, unless it's really strong stuff.
