I need to disagree with this statement below. It says on the volunteer list discussing anything under the son and I'd hate for this list to lose it's personality. We cannot be an effective community with out the ocasiinal off topic post. We can't help eachother with out crossing some boundries, I think. Thisis something we do on our free time and it should be treated with respect, yes, but also enjoied and used to grow and help others grow too. We just need to be better about lables or use filters people!

Hi.  Here is a very simple guideline.  If the
message does not relate
either directly to books or bookshare, it should go
to the chatter
list.  If you have to put "OT:" in the subject, it
doesn't belong on this
list.  If it is about something the majority of
people aren't interested
in, it goes on the chatter list.  If people start
asking you to please move
the thread elsewhere, it goes to the chatter list.
The chat list is for
overflow discussion not related to volunteering for
bookshare.  I hope this
is clear enough.
