Yes,  that is the way I remember books,  as well as music and even human 
voices.

Guido,
That's a rather fascinating manifestation of synesthesia you're 
describing.
Can you also reconstruct the images on command later? My friends tease me
saying that I don't have a photographic memory but a phonographic one
because I have no ability to visualize.
