Amber, Sounds like you're talking about a screenplay. The language in the copyright law doesn't mention either plays or screenplays by name, but dramatic literary works. I believe screenplays would fall under this category just like plays. If you don't consider a screenplay a dramatic literary work, then I suggest writing Gustavo and asking him. However, my library has a book that contains information on the movie, as well as scripts from the movie Hotel Rwanda, along with a script from a PBS special.
