Hi Patti,
If there really were garbled pages that were so scrambled you couldn't fix
them, then you did right to mark down the quality.
Amber, I can't remember whether you said you read the book all the way through
or not. If not, maybe the scanner garbled a couple of pages on you and they
happened to be pages you didn't check.
