I'm guessing, since you sent books back to her, that you have her address. Is there any way that you could stop by her place to find out what's going on. Of course, maybe she doesn't live close enough for you to do this. Is there any other trustworthy person you could leave the books with, that could get them to her eventually? This is a difficult situation, and I hope everything is okay with her, and you can get everything worked out.

I also didn't phrase it well in the original email for which I humbly apologize. I don't know much else about the person, don't have the aids number, etc.
