  You're right.  One blank line is not enough to keep the stripper under 
control.  I resubmitted HP & THBP, perfect copy, each page with a blank line at 
the top.  Every chapter title had a blank line above and below, and sure 
enough, the stripper zapped them.  I showed Gustavo the page with Chapter One 
in the rtf file, we saw how the DAISY version did NOT have the chapter title, 
so he is going to figure out what it takes to retain chapter titles and redo 
the book to keep all the chapter titles.  After he discovers EXACTLY what will 
keep the chapter titles intact, he'll tell the group.

You may have to double the chapter headers with a line in between them.
