Hi Rosie,
I suspect the scanning software just missed the page breaks because the
scanner was in two-page mode and didn't see the margins. I would just leave it
as is with a note in the comments field. And the thing about blank lines and
page breaks is just a suggestion for ideal production, not a hard-and-fast
rule.
