Subject: [bksvol-discuss] a bizarre kurzie problem

I have an odd question/dilemma. I am using Kurzweil eight. I notice when I
am scanning paperbacks, using some paperback settings someone gave me, odd
things happen. I'll try to explain it as best as I can. When I convert it
to .rtf, then go back into Kurzie to edit, and read, the writing almost
seems choppy, and when I arrow down, it appears that the letters in each
word are vertical, not across the page. Because of this, the page numbering
and breaks are all off. Does this even make sense and how do I fix it?
It's really messing up some of my files.
