I had the same experience in the past, Sue, with nothing being done when I filed a quality report. However, since the new system went into place (or at least since the beginning of this year), every book I've filed a quality report on has been fixed, I've been keep appraised of what its status was and was sent an email when the fixed version of the book became available.

That one needs to be withdrawn and rescanned.
