No. I mean that you install the pc equivalent software and these books are readable. There's one other step which is that you need a very simple set file to draw a window and read what's in that window at the press of page-up or page-down. With Window-Eyes, that's a couple minutes work. I've already done it and I'm very unfamiliar with set files. With JFW, it should be equally easy. There may be talking palm pilots which would work, but I'm not familiar with them. Alternatively, many books on PDB are also available as PDF.
