[bksvol-discuss] Wish list: 6 Nature's Children's books to finish series

Although not requested for a class specifically thse do count as educational. Smile.

These are proving rather popular with the members of Bookshare.

there are six of the books I can't get.

Below is the information on them. Would love to finish this series, is 122 books in all if we can get these last six. Great for students middle grades wanting to learn about a particular animal. Some of these might be available in new editions, and I can't borrow new editions, not until a year has passed. They are easy books to scan and proof, do not require picture descriptions to be enjoyable and readable. Have done the rest of the series and know what the books are like.

The people who burned witches at the stake never for one moment thought of their act as violence;
rather they thought of it as an act of divinely mandated righteousness.
The same can be said of most of the violence we humans have ever committed. -Gil Bailie, author and lecturer (b. 1944)
