We have a paid staff person in the form of the volunteer co-ordinator.

I wonder if the "fulfilled wish list" will be easier to implement on the bookshare site if it is only updated periodically, say, once every quarter.

Once the basic list is created, only additions need be added. It will be much smaller than the wish list making it perhaps easier to administer.

Having it on the bookshare site itself may encourage folks to join or volunteer.

chuckle. Since the Wish List isn't on the bookshare site itself, I doubt the Wish Fulfilled list will be. That would have to be moderated by a paid staff person. You can suggest it, though. grin.
