Thanks to you both for looking. And yeah, it's possible it'd have a CD,
though I didn't see it listed in the package contents. I may have missed
that tidbit, though.

None of my library systems has it either. Another on of Black's books is
available--it has a CD disk with it. I wonder if this one does, too, and if
that's why it's so expensive.
