I'll see if I can find the hard-cover version in my public library. I don't
know much about this book, but I have liked Johansen's books in the past,
and know she has quite a following. So, I'll see what I can do.

I scanned the paperback copy and it did not scan well. I would suggest
that you scan the hard-cover version. However, before you scan it, I want
you to know that NLS has it in their catalog. If the person who wants to
read it can hear, I suggest that he or she get it from NLS. In my opinion,
it is not worth spending your time on this book when it is already available
and it is a trashy novel, anyway.

   Barbara,

I have a paperback copy I can try to scan, but I'm wondering if a
hard-cover might scan better. I'll try the paperback version, and see what
happens.

I submitted a copy of Wind Dancer and it was rejected because of poor
quality. I knew that it was probably of poor quality before I submitted it. The print in the book was old and of poor quality and unfortunately did not scan well. I tried to clean it up as best as I could. I would be willing to
rescan it with a new copy perhaps, one from the library, if someone still
wants to validate it. Someone also sent other books by the same author to
me. Unfortunately, all the books are old and will not scan. What should I do
with the books? Should I return them to the person (I cannot remember who
sent them to me), throw them out, or give them to book swap? Let me know,
OK?
