As for the note, if anyone wants to scan John Maxwell's books, that would be
great. There are a ton out there, and honestly, any would be good. I would do
them myself. However, I am under the impression a sighted scanner needs to do
them since print is all over the pages. I tried scanning one and gave up
because it was too much work to proof.
