Hi Evan,

I don't know whether Tomoko is eligible to download books from
Bookshare. If not, comparing the books is not an option. Our fully sighted
volunteers don't have the option to compare books.

If you wanted to do a bit more work, you could download the copy on Step 1
and check its quality against the copy that is already in the collection. If
the copy on Step 1 was better, then you could validate that one and put BSO
in front of the title when you uploaded it to the Admin Queue.

Or, if the copy already in the collection has an excellent rating, you could
still check the copy on Step 1 and see if it is better. If it is, or you
think you can make it better and want to do so, then you could replace the
one that is already in the collection and explain in the Comments section
why you are replacing a copy that is already in the collection. If it is not
better, then you would just reject the copy on Step 1 by putting a comment
in the Comments section of the rejection form stating that there is already
an excellent copy on Bookshare.
