Hi all,

Actually, it isn't that hard at all. If you want bullets or numbers, and you've turned them off, here's what to do. This way you have complete control over them.

1. Go to format menu.

2. Go down to bullets and numbers.

3. This dialog has four properties sheets. You land in the bullets one.

4. There will be a selection of bullets there. Choose the one you want and then click the OK button.

5. Write your bulleted paragraphs or list and when you're done, simply press 'enter' twice. Poof, it's turned off again.

The other properties sheets are numbers, outline and something called list, I think. They all work the same way. write your stuff, the automatic thingies will work. Press 'enter twice and it's turned off again.

BTW, to remove bullets you don't want, select the offending text and press ctrl-shift-n.
