I was looking for that. It should be on the available
for checkout list not the Most Popular lists.
Actually, was hoping Elizabeth would read the last
note I sent her about this book but she probably
didn't see the book where it belonged and assumed I
had it.
Thanks for noticing and commenting, Shannon. I'll
forward this to both Carrie and Elizabeth. I'm
supposed to fix the pagination, but it's weird. From
what E said when we were working together, and the two
editions I have, it appears that either there is a
third edition or someone combined elements of the two
editions.
If anyone has an edition of the book that contains
both recipes and text chapters and a section at the
end of the book with a Daily Eating Plan, please
download this book that Elizabeth validated before the
new site went up and proofread it but give her the
proofreading credit.
