Hi, Jamie, thanks for the information. I just thought of a couple of possibilities: 1. Somebody could inform Carrie about the book being co-proofread and who was doing it. 2. If there was an arrangement to do this, the proofreaders can agree on who does what. The idea is not to re-do if the other person did a bang-up job. I suppose there would be mutual checking.
