I, for one, favor the removal of repetitive headers.  However, if I have to 
have the headers to get the page numbers and chapter numbers, I would still 
want the numbers.  Again, I refer to this book on the Bible that I just 
submitted.  Twelve hundred thirty pages of material simply should not be 
presented without some reference to page numbers, especially when specific 
pages are mentioned as references to consult when reading others.

  When I have spoken of removing headers what I am talking about is not page 
numbers...  Rather, I just mean where it gives the author on Page 1, for 
example, the title on Page 2,, and keeps that up through the entire book.  Do 
you two feel that information should be left as wwell??  I am not arguing, just 
asking...
