No hyphens? Really? I've seen a lot of books where words are split between two
pages but not without hyphens. Unfortunately, as someone pointed out, there's
no way to do it automatically because you don't know what the other half of the
word is.
Wait--you said you're validating the book. I'll bet the submitter globally
deleted the hyphens at the ends of lines--perhaps all hyphens. Do you have
words that are combines that actually should be hyphenated? I've validated
books here that has been the case, e.g., two-year-old has become twoyearold.
