I wasn't sure. I figured that some user had come up with a more efficient way o doing this. Either way, I will do it, as I believe in producing excellent books for users to read. It's just taking longer, that's all.

I don't see how you could automate that process. How could you use a search and replace since you have no way of knowing what the split words will be, and they are likely to be different in each case. A spell checker would certainly spot the split words, but I doubt it would be able to make suggestions, since they are incomplete words. I don't see any alternative to doing it manually.Evan ----- Original Message ----- From: "Nimer" <nimerjaber1@xxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, November 14, 2008 9:54 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] ValidationHello,I am currently validating a long book where words are split over two pages. Is there a way to make the words onto one page without going through and changing every one of them individually? This is a 400-page book, and while I'm reading it through, it takes too long to stop after every page to combine a word that was split onto different pages. Thanks Nimer J To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxput the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
